(Cyborg Wars: Reboot) Incapitated Authority

I think it should be understood why I take so long to update, cause if I rushed it I wouldn't get such good results. Plus I'm lazy.

Anyways, I decided to release the updates in strips rather than pages. I'll post the full pages on my website, or something. I haven't thought that part through just yet.

Anyways hope you like this, I sat down and decided to work on it, and then a few hours later got it complete!

I also experimented with the shading a bit, I'm pleased with it as far as I'm concerned. Almost forgot the blood on the officer though!
